The first in a series of six LGBT workshops scheduled for 2009.

This workshop will explore different ways that individuals and families create their future and will comprise the screening of the movie
"For the Bible Tells Me So" followed by an opportunity for discussion.
This workshop is more than a "coming out" session. It will create the context for LGBT individuals, their families and friends to have meaningful conversations
around the topic of sexuality and will explore how different families move along the continuum of acceptance.
The workshop is designed to be inclusive of everyone who is interested in exploring the issues that surface when a member of our family comes out.
Details of all six workshops in this series, can be found in the event calendar on
www.gayyorkregion.com.
